Academia Management Solutions International (AMSI) is a Dubai based education consultancy, and school operator and manager.

• AMSI founded in 1979 as a private company.
• Announced launch into the Middle East education market in press release 10 April 2007.
• An academic consultancy and management firm with AED10 million in paid up capital.
• In April 2007 said partnerships underway in Syria, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman and Pakistan.
• Five-year plan announced in 10 April 2007 press release to form partnerships and management contracts with at least 15 schools. But in 16 April 2007 press release, AMSI said they aim to launch 10 new schools in the region over the next five years with a total asset value of around AED400 million.
