Boutik shopping malls and centers in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, UAE. Developer is Sorouh Real Estate. Locations include Sun and Sky Towers, Reem Island, The Gate Towers, Al Rayyana, Al Ghadeer Alghadeer. Some malls will have a Waitrose or Carrefour supermarket.

Boutik Al Ghadeer

• Location is in the Alghadeer development in Seih Sdeirah, near the border with Dubai and near the Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD).

Boutik Mall Al Rayyana

• Al Rayyana Boutik will have 27 retailers include a Maybury store, supermarket, delivery service.
• Located near Al Raha Beach, Abu Dhabi International Airport, and Abu Dhabi Golf Club.

Boutik Gate Towers

Boutik Mall Sun and Sky Towers (Boutik Shams Abu Dhabi)

• Area of 13,000 square meters on two floors with 50 retail outlets. Includes bank services, beauty salon, cafes and coffee shops, hairdressers, medical clinic (?), restaurants, spa, and the first Waitrose supermarket in Abu Dhabi.
• Other outlets include Grand Optics, La Brioche, Yelmoli Marche.
• Originally expected to open in early 2011, but delayed to June 2012.

Boutik Mall Al Ain

• Boutik Al Ain area of about 85,000 square meters on 4 levels with 510,000 sq feet (47,000 sq m) of retail space. Total of 185 outlets including children's play area, cinema complex, coffee shops, department stores, food court, government services, gym, restaurants, Carrefour supermarket.
• Originally scheduled to open Q3 of 2011, delayed to October 2012?
• Location opposite Etisalat building and Oasis Hospital, corner Al Ain St (118th St) and Khalid Bin Sultan St (147th St). Near the Sorouh Oyoun Village.
