Jumeirah Beach Park Plaza in Dubai

Jumeirah Beach Park Plaza is a small shopping mall for restaurants, located on Jumeirah Beach Road opposite Jumeirah Beach Park in Dubai.

• Car parking is available, free for a couple of hours on presentation of a receipt from a Beach Park Plaza outlet. Street parking also available (meter parking).
• All food and drink outlets closed during the day in Ramadan 2010 until after Iftar (around 1830-1900).

• Bistro Romain - Italian, closed November 2009
• Burj Al Haman - (closed January or February 2012?) Arabic / Lebanese restaurant upstairs with good views. Tel +971-4-3428034, opening hours 1200-2400. Reopening downstairs with not such good views. Opening date not supplied.
• Circle Bagels, upstairs with a good view over Jumeirah Beach Rd, home delivery, tel +971-4-3428177.
• Duck King - Chinese, dim sum, specialty duck dishes, upstairs looking over Jumeirah Beach Park and road. Tel +971-4-3428041. Closed January 2012?
• Itza Pizza - takeaways and dine in, and delivery. Tel +971-4-3428280.
• KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken) - closed December 2009?
• Krispy Kreme - donuts / doughnuts and coffee, upstairs with a good view. Closed January 2010?
• Lamborghini Cafe - opened fast, closed fast
• Leon de Bruxelles - de Mussels from Brussels, excellent. Tel +971-4-3428100. Has an all you can eat deal for AED 119 in November 2009. Closed February 2010?
• Manga Sushi Japanese restaurant complete with waitresses dressed in schoolgirl outfits who occasionally sing. All you can eat sushi nights on Sundays and Tuesdays for AED 150.
• McDonalds Jumeirah, open 1100-2400 (11am-midnight). Tel +971-4-3428224. Closed November 2011?
• Pagoda - Chinese restaurant
• Pure Lotus - vegetarian restaurant.
• Ruby Tuesdays - American food (steaks, hamburgers, cholesterol, etc). Tel +971-4-3428015. Closed November 2011?
• Roma - see Bistro Romain
• Samad Iraqi - Iraqi restaurant, opening early 2010? Delayed to late 2011.
• Sapne - Indian restaurant, open mid-2011? Home delivery available. Tel +971-4-3427000, +971-4-3427171.
• Secret - Russian restaurant, open July 2010? Closed February 2012?
• Soi55 (Soi 55) - Thai food.
• Starbucks - coffee and snacks, on two floors. Open to 0030 daily.
• Subway - sandwiches, also breakfast deal up to 1100. Closed December 2009?
• Zaatar W Zeit - Lebanese pancakes and crepes, delicious. Closed September 2009?
