Mercato Shopping Center Dubai

Mercato is a medium sized shopping mall in the Jumeirah area of Dubai with an Italian theme (hence the name, which means "market"). Mercato location is on Jumeira Beach Road near the Jumeirah Mosque. Shops and facilities included a selection of cafes, a small food court, fashion shops, a Spinneys supermarket, cinema complex, large Virgin music store. On the first floor is the Porto Vecchio Village where you can walk on cobblestoned paths and shop for antiques and carpets. You'd hardly know you weren't in a bustling wee village marketplace in Italy. Maybe.
