     Use these figures for the Dubai rent cap calculator to calculate the rent cap that applies to you.     
  • RERA 08H2: RERA rent index for second half of 2008
  • RERA 09Q1: RERA rent index for first quarter of 2009 (information available 30 April 2009 but not officially confirmed).
  • LM 0903: Landmark Properties rent guide for March 2009 (these are not official RERA figures and should not be used to calculate your rent cap).
  • AS 09Q1: Asteco Properties rent guide for first quarter 2009 (not official RERA figures, should not be used for rent cap calculations). Figures for 5 bedrooms are for 5+ bedrooms.
  • *Al Barsha, Jumeirah, Mirdif, Umm Suqeim are not freehold property locations (for expats) but are included here for reference
